Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Battery Reset

   Hi,
   I have some battery event on my galaxy notation x.one that I bought 3 months ago. Later charging all the night, the bombardment is lower than the 24-hour interval before if the tablet is switched on and the battery gains only few % of charge if the tablet is switched off. Icon shows that the battery is charging! I recently did the update and the tablet is on jelly bean now. I noticed a couple of pocket-size consequence since the update (the screen is not utilise totally for displaying the apps on the vertival way to hold the tablette, the tablet seems a chip slower, ....) and i dont know if the battery issue come from this update.

   Had the aforementioned problem .. I think in that location are lots of issues with the update for a lot of people. I just did the samsung update . Btw try giving a quick air accident inside your charging ports and usb joints .. It cld be the grit sometimes thts causing the problem then it might wrk for u also just like me

   I am having a like problem, i plug the usb charger with the Air-conditioning brick (one supplied with the tablet) and it says charging and recognises the charger even so the battery level decreases even though the tablet says its charging. I have tried charging my phone (s3) with the Ac brick and works fine, tried charging the tablet using a usb plug and but charges a few per centum over an hr. Running the latest update. Any suggestions?

   Exactly the same problems every bit y'all all, battery charge indicates lower after overnight accuse. Fails to start sometimes & crashes oft. Auto updated well-nigh one week+ ago. Factory reset using KIES to backup data has not worked. Samsung went through all possibilities & are collecting for repair. They do not have that updater to 4.i.1 is to arraign. Hey Ho! Dave

   There is some communication on information technology that usually solves the problem--same advice from iPad & a Kindle. I had the problem in one case after update.. Showtime, reboot as this clears cache. I did it three times. Plow it completely off. Charge a minimum of four hours, overnight better. Run information technology down to15 per cent after accuse. Repeat long charge. This usually recalibrates. Hope it helps.

   I should add that past reboot I mean hold the power push button down until it powers all the way downwardly and restarts.

   There'south an awarding called Better Battery Service over on XDA thst allows yous to have a screen dump that shows what is killing your battery. Maybe you tin can get one of the exprts there to analyze the dump. There's an 1100 folio thread on the upshot there. But stats testify the bsttery is not usually the trouble.

   My annotation 10.1 just started to take the same trouble a few days ago, the bombardment doesn't seem to accuse up at all. When the device is turned off and the charger plugged in, the screen shows the device is charging, simply turning it back on I soon realise the battery % hasn't changed at all!
   It automatically updated to Jellybean a few days ago and coincided with this malfunction.

   Strangely though, I found if the device stood vertically and charged with the USB connector on the summit, my note charged fine. Would you guys effort this out? Of grade mine could be simply a connector issue
   but if someone else also finds the aforementioned then it would exist a common error somehow related to the
   new update.

    With all these stories most updates making the experience worse I just don't empathize people'due south blind allegiance to wanting every single Android update as soon as it's released. My Maxx HD was perfect before JB. It'southward not perfect anymore.

    Following on from my last post. Returned note 10.i for repair & somewhen came back working A.OK Surprise Surprise firmware was back to iv.0.4. Conspicuously the problem was the auto update four.1.1 Jelly Wobble!!

    im besides take the same problem, my galaxy note 10.1 charged for whole nighttime, but the batery percent was lower than b4 charged. what should i do? send back to samsung services eye?

    That'southward interesting. I haven't had the identical problem to yous guys but I take noticed my battery suddenly seems to be discharging a lot more quickly. I start noticed it on my GN2 after I updated it and wondered if information technology was an app that I'd switched on. So I noticed the same thing happened to my Galaxy Notation ten.1 later I ran the update a couple of days ago and I now wonder if it is connected to the update somehow. The GN2 charges upward quickly but the 10.1 takes several hours to power back to 100%.

    Has anyone contacted Samsung to enquire?

You didn't really give information on where the battery was before the accuse on each device so I am assuming you mean that they were comperably empty and that the tablet took much longer than you are utilise to.

    i dont think jelly edible bean 4.1.1 is a problem considering i updated my note to 4.1.one but there no such trouble occurs.. i think the simply problem is the adapter, coz i've been searching for charging adapter for my note but the shopkeeper go on suggesting me the charger for tab. ive tried it once but i wont work.. my note is charging just it wont get to fully charged.

    I take had the same trouble with my GN ten.1 and institute a solution for myself. I borrowed a charger from my colleague and found it working properly so I suspect that my charger is the 1 at fault. I brought the charger to Samsung and they replaced it immediately. Now my charging time is back to 3 to 4 hours. Problem solved. Hope you had the same problem every bit mine every bit it is easier to fix.

    BTW, milky way tab chargers are compatible with our note x.one

    I have had the same problem with my note 2 10.ane (Exactly the same) And I accept the SW four.1.ii
    the problem is related to the USB cable, try showtime of all to change the cable.

    I also accept note ten.1 and the same battery problem, that is when I attach the charger it states it IS CHARGING, simply fifty-fifty after 10 hours it has not increased even 1% !!
    I changed charger, nevertheless the aforementioned trouble. FIRST, why doesn't SAMSUNG tell us what the problem is. Don't they know? If they don't then they should requite us a nice refund for finding this problem and SOLVING Information technology for them !! Hear me SAMSUNG??
    Anyway now to solve information technology : if you have the exact same trouble try following ...
    when you attach the charger expect at the bombardment icon, lesser left of your screen. If information technology shows dark-green and charging (a white wink sign) FORGET Information technology, it says it is charging but it is NOT, alter the plug around and do this until the battery icon shows GREEN and cherry cantankerous (like information technology is non working)... in that manner It IS Almost PROBABLY CHARGING. Check the %, leave it for a while and check again. Information technology should have increased!! VERY foreign but it works for me.

    Had same issue solution actually uncomplicated. Took my to store and they showed me how to fix it. Press and hold the power push button and downwardly volume push button at the same fourth dimension and information technology will brainstorm repair. One time the repair process has finished try charging and all stock-still. They said it was a common ish problem only only recently got the info to ready it. Mine works fine at present and simply took 5mins.
